Individual Memberships

Open to any individual in the blood banking profession. There are two types of Individual memberships:

  • Individual Member | $85.00
  • Individual Physician Member | $125.00

Student Membership (discounted!)

Open to students who are enrolled at least half-time in a blood banking or medical technology program and physicians in training who are in medical school, residency or a fellowship program. Applicants must provide proof of student status by submitting a Student Enrollment Verification Letter, written by their professor/manager.

Institutional Membership

Open to any blood bank or transfusion service which is engaged in any of the following functions: donor recruiting, donor phlebotomy, blood processing, storage, distribution, testing, crossmatching and administration.

Dues for Institutional members are based on the number of blood units collected and transfused during the past year or fiscal period:

0-49,999 $350.00
PREMIUM 0-49,999 $500.00
50,000 and Over $500.00
PREMIUM 50,000 and Over $650.00

 

Institutional Benefits

  • Each institutional member may be represented by one voting delegate at each business meeting of the association.

  • Registration to the Annual Meeting & Exhibit Show for one representative at the discounted member rate.

Associate Corporate Membership


Open to any organization that is interested in the purposes and objectives of the Association, but are not eligible for institutional membership.
