Facilities Manager is responsible for all aspects of site management and maintenance of own and lease facilities and equipment. Management and coordination of the preventative maintenance and repair of all of the equipment; management of facilities staff, ensuring effective continuous operations of facilities; To meet and exceed customer expectations and adhere to established quality practices while seeking to continually improve work performance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise, evaluate, and train the facilities maintenance staff to ensure that the facilities and grounds are in the appropriate state of repair and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and ensure that the appropriate maintenance and repair of the facilities takes place in a timely, cost effective, and efficient manner.
  • Manage the organization’s fleet of vehicles, including routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform a variety of hands on tasks including but not limited to minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical. HVAC repairs and carpentry projects.
  • Assemble and install minor equipment.
  • Coordinate annual fire alarm and elevator inspections.
  • Ensure the facility grounds are maintained and free of trash/debris.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and manages the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Ensure common area furnishings are maintain and/or facilitate replacement.
  • Establish and enforce departmental procedures and prepares change control plans for any projects.
  • Recommend and plan the annual budget for areas of responsibility and then ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and approval process.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the preventative maintenance on equipment to comply with any applicable cGMP and GTP standards, SOPs, and any other regulatory standards.
  • Plan and coordinate all relocation of offices, operations, and equipment
  • Coordinate and oversee any remodel and construction project including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, building inspectors, and any others involved in the project as well as tenant build outs.
  • Perform property management tasks associated with commercial real estate holdings to include interfacing with tenants, oversight of tenant build outs and various tenant communications.
  • Serve as the organization’s point of contact with property management companies and ensure agreed upon performance measures are met.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities/maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strongly prefer knowledge and experience with the following: property management and AutoCAD.
  • Must be able to read blue prints and identify work that is not perform as specified on blue prints.
  • Knowledge and operations of purified water systems is preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Prefer knowledge related to identification and troubleshooting generators, automobiles and buses.
  • Promotes positive public relations with donors and guests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office required; must have knowledge related to tenant build outs and knowledge of tenant/landlord property management concerns.
  • Ability to prevent operational and mechanical failures by ensuring a strong preventive maintenance program.
  • Must be 21 years old, have a valid Texas driver’s license and proof of an acceptable driving record and insurance. Must have a CDL or be able to obtain within 3 months of hire.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Must be organized, have a high level of attention to detail, be able to work with very little direct supervision, and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work in a high stress environment with the ability to juggle multiple as well as constantly changing priorities.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder.

Mobile Phlebotomist Technician II Team Lead This individual will determine donor eligibility, perform phlebotomy techniques, and manage adverse donor reactions at blood drives across the Central Texas area.

Responsibilities: When acting as a Team Leader:

  • Administration of basic supervisory functions; anticipate and respond to organizational needs; plan for contingencies; organize/oversee processes and employees to promote a lean environment.
  • Lead and motivate staff; ensure thorough/effective dissemination of information

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

To provide leadership and direction over all aspects of the Oklahoma City Donor Services collection team for both mobile and fixed site operations.  Ensure that processes are in place to achieve optimal department efficiency by meeting successful key metrics, product collection, financial, quality, compliance and customer service goals.

Oversee and ensure all blood products are collected according to SOP and in compliance of all regulatory guidelines.  Actively participate in internal and external assessments/inspections including corrective action plans and effectiveness checks as needed. Oversee and ensure all quality focused records (CMS, ACPR’s, QC, etc.) are reviewed in a timely manner and maintained in compliance with SOP. Maintain a good knowledge of all SOP’s to which your team is responsible. Ensure that all EMTS tasks are managed in a timely manner. Maintain adequate staffing levels by creating a positive satisfying work environment that yields low turnover. Oversee and review staff schedules to ensure quality of life schedules with minimal over time. Make frequent visits to both fixed and mobile collection sites. Oversee and direct activities of the materials and equipment staff to ensure all equipment is well maintained and in compliance for quality control, calibration and annual PM’s and other Oversee and direct the activities of the DS Performance Operations Manager and Administrative Specialist. Oversee and participate in the performance of staff and leadership development, coaching and counseling and annual review process. Create a friendly competitive environment to motivate staff to achieve high system wide standings on all key performance metrics (loss rates, errors, conversion, GBF, etc.).
